Now What After Completing 12 Weeks of Weight Loss Challenge?

The purpose of me creating this blog is two fold at this stage




  • Help the people who already completed the 12 week challenge to stay on top of their achievements.


  • Provide a platform for people who are not in a position to attend the Weight Loss Challenge

Weigh & measure yourself Once a Week only.


I encourage you to comment on how you did over the week & add as a comment to the blogg, this will help you to stay on track & help others at the same time.


You do not have to post your weight etc, but if you wish to you may share whether you lost weight or gained weight and specifically what is your reason for the result.


Also please use the comments to offer suggestions to others if you have had similar experience.
